This 1988 Thunderbird Sport
5.0 V-8 has only 39,000 original miles. Sold new in Canada, it
has the kilometer speedometer. Clean as a pin inside and out,
this 22 year old Tbird leaves nothing to be desired. We have
added the new 17" chrome wheels and new tires, along with
a complete new exhaust system. Hey, it's a mean machine that
drives out like a new car. The car's name is "Midnight."

1988 was the last year of
this body style, (1983 to 1988). I like the looks of the grille
much better than the earlier 1983 style. Most people think of
the Turbo Coupe as the sporty model in these years and there
is little mention of the Sport 5.0 V8. In these photos the bird
looks to be black, but it is really a very dark "midnight
blue."
